Krugloe glamping site with tents, children's and volleyball grounds and a beach will appear at Krugloe Lake in Yakutia in 2022. The project will cost 5.4 million rubles.
The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation says that it is the first investment project in tourism on the territory of advanced development area (ASEZ) "Yakutia".
There will be a children's playground and a volleyball field, and a beach area for summer vacations will be set up, as well as electric motorboat and catamaran rides. In winter, vacationers will be able to skate, snowmobile and snow slides.
"Holidaymakers will be offered accommodation in comfortable warmed tents with heating and air conditioning. In each tent we will provide full hotel service, the guests will have the opportunity to use a wide range of additional services - rent of chargrill zone, quads and bicycles", - said the general manager of the glamping Elena Molonova.
She added that animators will work with children, and for tourists extra hiking routes will be developed.
TOR resident status and tax incentives and lower rates of insurance payments due to the residents will allow to launch the project at an accelerated pace, the corporation drew attention.
Now there are 11 companies working in the territory of advanced development. Their investments amount to 2.4 billion rubles. Investors have also hired almost 500 local residents.
