A division of the German window company Rehau Production will launch a production line for laminating window systems at its plant in the Moscow Region.
According to the press service of the Moscow region Ministry of Investment, the foreign company has completed the reconstruction of a building to create a production and warehouse facility at the existing plant.
Head of the Department Ekaterina Zinovieva said that the German company began constructing the plant in 2003, and the last stage was put into operation in 2008. According to her data the investments into the new production line amounted to 195 million roubles.
The plant is high-tech, and has a unique multi-stage quality control system.
The Russian Rehau plant in the village of Gzhel near Moscow became the leader among all companies of the Rehau group (over 170 sites worldwide) in terms of production volumes last year.
