Russian companies have held more than 220 bilateral talks with Serbian counterparts in Serbia. This was reported by the press service of the Federal Center for Export Development of Agro-Industrial Complex (AIC) under the Ministry of Agriculture.
The business mission was attended by 20 Russian and more than 60 Serbian companies.
The representatives of the business community had business negotiations with Serbian purchasing companies, distributors and trading networks for three days. Entrepreneurs discussed the diversification of commodity turnover between the two countries and categories of food products with the highest potential, and were able to establish direct contacts, which will allow organizing interaction of business communities at a fundamentally new level.
Besides, the representatives of Russian companies have visited a number of enterprises in the agro-industrial sector in Serbia. In particular, they visited plants of dairy holding IMLEK, meat producer Neoplanta, confectionery company Swisslion and royal winery Oplenac. Serbian colleagues showed technologies and shared their experience in production.
Russian Tea Party with sweets from Russian confectioners and tasting of sparkling and still Russian wines, vodka and cognac was arranged for participants.
