Russian startup Agro.Club attracted $5 million in foreign investment
Agro.Club, an agricultural business platform from Russia, has attracted $5 million in foreign investment, Vedomosti has learned.
The main participants in the investment were the Dutch fund Rabo Frontier Ventures and the Greek VentureFriends.
The startup Agro.Club is a platform that brings together farmers, producers, suppliers and grain companies in a single network for efficient business. Marketplace exists in Russia since 2018, it is used by more than 15 thousand market participants, or about 20% of the entire agricultural community. Agrarians, grain companies and producers can conclude grain sales and purchase deals with full support: the startup's specialists conduct preparatory, technical and organisational work, organise logistics and control the shipment of goods.
