The architecture of the Eastern Economic Forum 2021 business program has been revealed. Its main theme is "New Opportunities for the Far East in a Changed World," writes Roscongress.

This year, the EEF will include four main areas: "The New Economy: What Will Change and What Will Remain," "The Far East - New Challenges and Opportunities," "Shared Responsibility in a Changed World" and a new block, the Youth EEF.

As part of the first block, participants will discuss a view of the future in international relations, medicine, science and innovation, big data, media, and other areas.

The second theme will focus on the development of the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD) in technological, investment, and social directions.

In the third area, "Shared Responsibility in a Changed World," most of the presentations will be devoted to the theme of ecology.

It is noted that a new block "Youth WEF" occupies a special place in the program. It includes a presentation of the programme Far Eastern Special Forces. Muravyov-Amursky 2030", a discussion of social networks, youth entrepreneurship, the future of the financial market, business education and careers.

According to Yury Trutnev, Presidential Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District and Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Eastern Economic Forum, the events will be held in a face-to-face format.

"This condition is dictated to us by time. But this format will not affect the results: we still expect a high level of guests and discussions, as there is a demand to discuss the issues and designated topics. I'm sure our partners and guests are missing a lively dialogue," he said.
