Corporation Technonicol will start recycling at the Advanced Development Territory in Khabarovsk PVC products out of date: drainage systems, siding, soffits, fittings and window profiles. The Made in Russia project was told about it by the company's press service.

The recycling will be performed at the plant of plastic gutter systems. The capacity will be up to two thousand tons of recycled materials a year. The enterprise will be able to return into a production cycle as a filler for new products. new products up to 800 tons of recyclable materials.

The company is ready to accept recyclable materials from other regions .Technonikol isnow entering into recycling contracts with partners, and plans to arrange for collection of used products from the population by the end of the year.

«Recycling plays an important role in the transition to a closed-loop economy. But recycling must meet high social and environmental standards and occupy its place in the waste management hierarchy: 'discard' - 'reduce' - 'reuse'. Now we are actively developing waste-free production at all factories and recycling end-of-life building materials to give our consumers the opportunity to recycle them without unnecessary costs," - said the co-owner and managing partner Sergey Kolesnikov.

As told in the corporation, the plant of plastic gutter systems started working last year and was originally designed with the implementation of environmental initiatives. For this purpose, the equipment for recycling was installed at the plant. Products that fail quality control products are shredded and then used to produce new drainage systems., siding and soffits. The recycling rate of own technological losses is 100%.

Today, in Khabarovsk also operates a plant Tekhnonikol, which recycles recycled polymers (polystyrene and styrofoam packaging, old heat insulation materials from extrusion polystyrene foam and liners for fruits, vegetables, eggs, frozen and refrigerated products).
