Two residents of the special economic zone (SEZ) "Kashira" in the Moscow region will launch their projects in autumn, investments in which amounted to almost 9 billion rubles, reported the press service of the regional Ministry of Investment.

Ekaterina Zinovieva, the head of the Ministry, said that the first case concerns the company "Agrokultura Group", which plans to obtain a permit to launch a greenhouse complex of 20 hectares in September.

"Now the construction works are being completed. The total investment in the project of the first resident of SEZ "Kashira" will be about 6 billion rubles. More than 300 working places will be created", - is said in the report.

One more SEZ resident, Prefabrika AG, which intends to start construction of a prefabricated lightweight concrete building in October, has also planned the realization of their project for Autumn. The plant will eventually employ over 300 people, and the investment into the project will total 2.8 billion roubles.
