From August 9, Russia will resume flights to Egyptian resorts of Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh, according to the government website.

In addition, planes will begin to fly to Dominican Republic, Moldova and Bahrain.

"Since August 9, the number of flights to Egypt on routes from Moscow to Hurghada and Moscow - Sharm el-Sheikh will be increased with a frequency of 5 flights a week for each route," - follows from the message.

As it was specified in the operational staff, the decision to increase the number of flights will be made after the visit of the Russian delegation to Egypt, to assess the epidemiological situation.

Apart from resuming flights to Bahrain, the Dominican Republic and Moldova since August 9, the number of flights to Syria will also increase.
