Altai honey producer "Choysky Bee Center" has launched the export of its products to the Czech Republic. According to federal customs statistics, more than 20 tons of honey worth $41.6 thousand were shipped in 2021.

The company launched the export as part of the regional project "Export of Agricultural Products" - the regional component of the national project "International Cooperation and Export".

In 2020, the cooperative received state support for the purchase of equipment for honey processing in the implementation of the regional project "Creation of Support System for Farmers and Development of Rural Cooperation".

There are 254 officially registered apiaries, 7,227 bee families in the Altai Republic.
