Trubnikov's ex-wife regained control of Natura Siberica production

The former wife of the founder of Natura Siberica brand Irina Trubnikova has regained control of the company's production. This was reported by the brand's team in the official Instagram-account.

"On August 30, based on the ruling of the Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow and the order of the Investigative Committee of the Moscow region, Irina Trubnikova returned control over Natura Siberica's production facilities," the statement reads.

The report quotes Irina Trubnikova, who noted that "under current circumstances" for her, as one of the founders and managers of the company "it is fundamentally important to preserve the assets and the heart of Natura Siberica."

"Today's actions allowed us to take control of key production sites to ensure uninterrupted production and functioning of Natura Siberica," she said.

Earlier, Made in Russia's editorial board told about the protracted corporate conflict that arose after the death of the company's founder Andrey Trubnikov. Dmitry Ganzer was appointed the company's new CEO, and Sergei Builov was appointed president. The company employees do not agree with this, taking the side of the businessman's former wife Irina Trubnikova. They claim that access to their workplaces was blocked for them, and they refuse to work with the new management, effectively declaring a boycott. Builov commented that the passes "had to be blocked because the company management prevented access to all the managers appointed as part of the legacy case. Both sides mutually accuse each other of raiding.
