Russian online retailer Wildberries has launched sales of over-the-counter drugs in Moscow and Moscow Region. This was reported by the press service of the company.

Sales and delivery of pharmaceutical products are made directly from major Russian pharmacy chains. The company's first partners are pharmacy chains "Samson Pharma" and "Monastyrev.rf".

Delivery is made within 24 hours, it will be free when ordering from 2,000 rubles, and for less than this amount will be no more than 249 rubles. Delivery terms may vary according to the buyer's city of residence, as they are carried out by different sellers.

In Wildberries stressed that they consider this category of goods to be socially significant, so the trade commission of the online site is only 5% (taking into account the acquiring fees of payment systems).

"During the pandemic, it became clear that the residents of our country need not only delivery of food and non-food products, but also vital drugs - medicines. In 2020, sales of health products on Wildberries increased by 2778%, we delivered masks, gloves, medical equipment, orthopedic goods to customers," the company noted.
