Kuban metalworking plant "Progress" has completed the main stage of the national project and increased labor productivity by 40%.
The press service of the Krasnodar Krai administration reported that the experts of the Regional Center of Competences had been working at the plant for six months. As a result, they managed to reduce the number of defects by 15%, and the process time was reduced by 13.5%. Output at the site has increased by 42%, and the backlog of work in progress has decreased by 38%.
Alexei Yurtayev, Minister of Economy of Krasnodar Krai, noted that specialists of the Regional Competence Center already support 47 enterprises of the Krai. "This figure for the number of companies included in the national project to improve labour productivity had to be achieved by the end of 2021. The Krasnodar Territory is ahead of schedule. There are plans to sign about 10 more agreements with regional enterprises by December this year," he said.
As a reminder, the Krasnodar Territory has been implementing the national project "Labor Productivity" since 2018. During this time, 140 Kuban enterprises have become its participants. By 2024, their number is planned to increase to 248.
