Honey produced in the Altai region will be supplied to the UK for the first time, said Vadim Gorshenin, head of the Altai company "Medovy Krai".

"This will be the first trial delivery to London. They have bought about six tons. England has ordered more light varieties of honey. Of the dark honeys they were interested in our angelica honey, which we have only in Altai," he said in a conversation withVesti-Altai.

Besides, this country is exported acacia, cloverberry and mountain honey.

The product will be supplied in glass jars. They will be sold in retail outlets in London.
