More than 23.5 thousand Russian companies have applied for soft loans under the "FOT 3.0" programme, banks have already granted more than 20 billion roubles, the government said.

Grants of 13.2 billion rubles have already been paid to small businesses and socially-oriented NGOs. Since November 15, they can get funds equal to one minimum wage per employee.

The authorities reminded that one may apply till December 15, 2021

Earlier it was reported that the government had expanded the list of the industries, eligible for credit support under the anti-crisis program. It became available to dentists, dry cleaners, hairdressers and beauty salons, organizations of additional education, companies providing repair services, as well as child care. In addition, the list includes large enterprises from the spheres of culture and catering.

We should remind that program of support of small and medium business FOT 3.0 provides for preferential crediting to entrepreneurs at a rate of 3% per annum. Entrepreneurs and legal entities of the affected branches approved by the country's government can receive support. Businesses can use the funds received to finance any expenses related to entrepreneurial activities, including payment of salaries to employees and payments under existing loan agreements.
