Squid Game and Artificial Intelligence: How Another Tech Week Conference Went

The sixth Tech Week conference was held in Moscow and was attended by 3.3 thousand people: top managers and executives from major technology companies, entrepreneurs and investors. As part of the conference, they were able to exchange experience and learn about new approaches in the application of innovations and technologies.

The event lasted for three days, from November 9 to 11. A business program took place as part of the conference. Networking activities were prepared for the participants: 17 theme-based threads, a mentor lounge, career consulting, Speed Networking, startup pitches, an online platform for business networking, and an AfterParty. The final day was dedicated to applied learning.

Traditionally on the Tech Week platform entrepreneurs find new clients and business partners and can get acquainted with the latest innovative solutions for business. This time over 150 companies presented their projects.

During the conference, more than 320 speakers made presentations, including the founder of the educational platform "Netology Group" Maxim Spiridonov, co-founder of Hoff Michael Kuchment, CEO of Gett in Russia Anatoly Smorgonsky and founder and president of beauty salons "Persona" Igor Stoyanov.

The business program participants discussed advanced solutions in sales, education, fintech, industry, management, analytics and other areas.

At the autumn conference with support of the strategic partner of the conference - Skolkovo Foundation - the thematic flow Skolkovo AI took place. The flow included presentations and a Demo Day of Data Explorer alumni, and 20 companies presented the latest developments in the field of artificial intelligence.

Career consulting turned out to be especially in demand. Over the two days of the business program more than a hundred of these sessions took place, and all seats were booked well in advance of the event.

A record number of participants gathered and mentoring consultations that were attended by over 180 people.

In addition, 15 participants in startup pitches defended their projects to investors (Skolkovo Ventures, Accelerator VTB, MTS StartUp Hub).

All conference participants had access to the new official Tech Week mobile app, with the help of which it was possible to create a personal schedule and schedule business meetings with other participants.

At the end of the conference, guests were able to go to an Afterparty with the band My Grandmother's Red Banner Division.

The next conference will take place in the summer of 2022, booking is available now.
