In 2021, the number of residents of the Arctic Zone (AZRF) in Pomorie increased by 5 to 92 - 87 entrepreneurs got the status for the year, the press service of the regional government said.

It is known that the declared volume of investments in resident projects of the Arctic zone is 36.9 billion rubles. They will create 2,299 new jobs.

General Director of the Agency for Regional Development of the Arkhangelsk region Maxim Zaborsky noted that nine municipalities in the Arkhangelsk region entered the ASRF, most of the investment projects (90%) there belong to the category of small and medium business.

"Entrepreneurs have minimal requirements to use the unprecedented measures of support: the project must be registered in the Arctic zone, conduct business there with a minimum investment of 1 million rubles. There are also no restrictions on types of activities," he said.
