The experiment of issuing support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), self-employed and startups based on the SME digital platform will start in Russia on February 1, 2022, the press service of the country's government said.

What is important - without the personal presence of entrepreneurs. State agencies - participants of the experiment will themselves exchange the necessary information through a system of interagency electronic interaction, "- said in a statement of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Each user of the platform will have a digital profile. Depending on the stage of development and needs of the entrepreneur, he will be offered various federal and regional support tools, as well as services, such as "Business Startup", "Tax services", "Getting credit", "Document Designer" and "Legislative Business Digest".

"In total, more than 20 different services, verified by businesses, are planned to be implemented on the digital platform by 2024. The work of the ecosystem is expected to solve the problems that entrepreneurs often face," the government said.

It is specified that the experiment will last till February, 1, 2025 with participation of the ministries of digital development, economic development, Central Bank, Federal Tax Service and Corporation of SMEs. Other federal ministries and departments, development institutions, banks and insurance organizations will be able to voluntarily join it. As part of the experiment, services for small and medium-sized businesses will be united in a new ecosystem based on a digital platform developed by the Ministry of Economic Development together with the SME Corporation.

The experience will be analyzed and expanded based on the results of the experiment.
