Sistema's top manager Felix Lieb became the CEO of five Natura Siberica group companies, including Natura Siberica and First Solution. This information was confirmed to Kommersant by Lieb himself and a representative of the investment company Sergey Kopytov. The first wife of the brand's founder Alexei Trubnikov, Irina, agreed to the appointment.

Earlier it was reported that the production of cosmetics brand resumed on the basis of Dmitrov pilot plant aluminum combined tape.

As Lieb told the publication, the priority in the position of the general director of the brand is optimization of business processes at the production, wholesale and retail, expansion of the production and creation of new technologies to bring innovative products to the market, as well as updating the marketing strategy.

According to Trubnikova, her view of business development coincides with Lib's vision and she has "high hopes" for the brand's future.

Natura Siberica was founded by entrepreneur Andrey Trubnikov in 2008. The company produces and sells cosmetics under the brands Natura Siberica, "Recipes of Grandma Agafia" and Organic Kitchen. In January 2021 the founder of the business died of complications after covid-19, after which a corporate dispute broke out. In addition, because of the fire at the production plant DOZAKL in 2020 they tried to recover compensation from Natura Siberica: in September 2021 the Arbitration Court of the Moscow region recovered nearly 3 billion rubles from the legal entity "First Solution". The company suspended production and closed some of its stores. It became known about the settlement of the conflict and the resumption of the company's activities at the end of 2021.
