Yaroslavl clothing manufacturer began to increase sewing volumes
Gavrilov-Yamsky enterprise, which is engaged in tailoring women's, men's and children's clothing, has begun to increase production volumes for import substitution. Before the sanctions it used to produce up to two thousand pieces per month, and now it produces about 2,800 pieces, according to the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

The company sews things from domestic and Turkish fabrics. The company's management claims that they have no problems with supplies. According to the agency, the clothes are of the same quality as those of foreign companies that have left the country.

The production facility, which is located in the "Lokalov" Technopark, employs 34 people. Now the company is hiring additional employees.

"We see an increase in demand for our products, so we are increasing production. Closing a number of large clothing stores of Western brands has given a new impetus to the development of our production," - said the individual entrepreneur Natalia Matrosova.

Clothes are sold through wholesale companies, marketplaces and social networks. Among the major customers - "Voentorg", added the ministry.
