HARZ Labs, a Russian company producing high quality photopolymers for 3D printing, continues to expand its activities in international markets. To date, the company has exported its products to more than 60 countries. In the near future, the pool of partners of HARZ Labs may expand.

To date, HARZ Labs is in export negotiations with countries such as Romania, Hungary, France, Israel and Mexico. The successful negotiations may result in the use of photopolymers produced by HARZ Labs in medical and dental organizations not only in countries and cities in Europe and Asia but also in North America and the Middle East.

HARZ Labs started to develop its export direction in 2018, when the company opened its warehouse and branch office in Latvia to export products to the European market. Due to the high quality of materials, the company's profit and export growth are on a year-on-year trend. Thus, during the last three years HARZ Labs export activities have increased by 17%, with export revenues of about 10 million roubles annually. In general, the company's exports account for more than 10% of the company's total revenue.

Moreover, the company's management intends to develop exports not only in terms of supplies, but also in terms of partnerships with high-tech companies. Thus, the company plans to establish cooperation with the largest companies and organizations from the UAE, India, Denmark, Vietnam, Portugal, Germany, Turkey and Algeria.

Products based on photopolymers are in great demand today in modern medicine and dentistry. Thus, among the products of HARZ Labs, which can soon be delivered to new countries: photopolymers for desktop LCD/DLP, SLA, designed for the simulation of surgical templates, demonstration models of crowns, bridges, printing transparent elytners, mouth-guard, creating CT-templates, dental gum models, photopolymers for any kind of industrial 3D-printers. The company recently launched the development of engineering photopolymers.

As explained in the company, today in the additive manufacturing of engineering materials dominated by thermoplastics (FDM, SLS), but the quality of printing in their application significantly lags behind photopolymers. At the same time photopolymers themselves are mostly fragile and do not allow to unlock their full potential in engineering. That's why HARZ Labs started the development of materials similar to thermoplastics (for example ABS) but suitable for stereo-lithographic printing. The application of such materials lies in the field of manufacturing small batches of various unique products for which it is not feasible to make molds.

In the first stages - is the control of raw materials in our own laboratory, obtaining premixes by dispersion of pigments and fillers with high-tech equipment. On the third and fourth stages are bringing photopolymer compositions to the required viscosity, as well as controlling the quality of the final product - 3D-printing of test samples and examination of physical and mechanical properties. Each stage is strictly controlled by company's employees. In addition, the specialists of HARZ Labs carry out continuous research of manufactured materials to meet the needs of customers and make 3D-printing easy and affordable for everyone.
