AKVION, a Russian pharmaceutical company specializing in unique products for healthy lifestyles, has started supplying a line of its own products, Breathe, to Mongolia in autumn 2019, designed for use during the high-risk season for acute respiratory infections.

AKVION provided scientific materials (articles and booklets) to our Mongolian colleagues to better inform doctors and consumers about properties of "Breathe" products and peculiarities of its use. Employees of "AKVION" were invited to Mongolia to make presentations at specialized events. In particular, the speech of AKVION's medical advisor at the scientific and practical conference Herbal medicine: current trends and future prospects, which was held in October 2019, was very warmly welcomed," the company said.

With the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, interest in Breathe products in Mongolia increased dramatically - Mongolian specialists sought to make full use of the antiviral and antimicrobial potential of this product line. For example, the possibility of using Breathe spray oil to disinfect smartphones and other surfaces was revealed, and a popular video was made about it, with a visual proof of the product's effectiveness.

In March 2020, the distributor of Breathe, together with the Ministry of Health of Mongolia, participated in a support campaign for doctors. More than 800 packages of protection and prevention of acute respiratory viral infections were distributed to physicians working with COVID-19 patients, where were also "Breathe" products - inhaler patch and spray oil.

By the International Children's Day promotions with "Breathe" products were also held, as all exported products of the brand are allowed for children from 1 or 2 years old.

Today "AKVION" products are available in almost all regions of Russia, are represented in most large pharmacy chains and largest domestic Internet marketplaces, such as Apteka.ru, Ozon, Wildberries, etc.

Export makes an important part of sales. Production of "AKVION" for many years is delivered to countries near and far abroad. There are plans to start supplying to the largest countries ASEAN and MENA.
