Infaprim, a manufacturer of specialty baby and adult formulas, has launched Nutrilak Premium Procereals, a dry, fast-soluble whole-grain porridge for infants, in 2020.

"With an extensive line of infant formula under the Nutrilak Premium brand, Infaprim continued to expand the brand's product range with complementary foods. For example, in 2020, the company launched Nutrilak Premium Procereals dry instant whole-grain porridge for infants," the company's representative said.

He specified that the new line includes four dairy-free and five milk porridges, prepared from selected whole grains, without added sugar.

Many modern mothers prefer to use for their children porridges without sugar, maltodextrin, salt, artificial additives and preservatives based on the principles of healthy lifestyle. The company has developed a recipe for cereals based on the clean label principle.

Therefore, there is nothing unnecessary in the porridges' composition.

Dairy-free porridges contain wholemeal flour. Dairy porridge contains wholemeal flour, whole milk powder, demineralised whey powder and fruit flakes. Whole grains retain their natural value and are a source of carbohydrates, vegetable protein, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals, so porridges made of such grains do not require additional enrichment with vitamins and minerals.

The porridge is packed in environmentally safe Kraft cartons with modern design.

The cereals are sold not only in children's shops, retail outlets and online shops in Russia, but also are exported to 5 countries: Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

Infaprim products are available in all regions of Russia, and since 2004 they have been exported to all CIS countries: Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Georgia, the Republic of Belarus and Moldova. In the near future, it is planned to increase supplies to these countries more than twofold.

At the same time, Infaprim is interested in developing exports and entering new markets where there are potential buyers. The priority directions are the countries of Africa and the Middle East. In this direction, work has been underway since 2019 to establish supplies to Nigeria, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Egypt, the UAE and Vietnam.
