Product uniqueness

The ridge ventilator Krovent Pipe-cone is an effective device that can be installed at the highest point of the slope, therefore maintaining the maximum pressure difference between the points of air inlet and outlet. Also the deflector, which is mounted on the Pipe-cone, creates an additional draught. This enables the device to ventilate both gablets at the same time: the air leaves the ventilation gap in both directions without delay and in an almost straight line.

The Krovent Pipe-cone ridge ventilator is also a universal element as it can be used for any roof covering. In the case of a straight ridge, as with asphalt shingles - the aerator is installed directly on the ridge element. If the ridge is semi-circular or U-shaped, as is often the case with metal roofing tiles, the device is installed under the ridge capping. It is also possible to install the Aerator in roofs with different angles. In addition the Krovent Pipe-cone installation platform has vertical valleys that are designed to direct the water away in the desired direction.

The development of the ridge ventilator Krovent Pipe-cone involved experts of the roofing market, whose experience has helped to create the most functional, high-quality and easy to install element.

After preparing all the drawings and layouts, TechnoPlast began to select the necessary raw materials. The main difficulty was that the cost of the product should not depend on foreign currency fluctuations, but at the same time it should be competitive with imported counterparts. After a careful selection, numerous laboratory tests and trials, TechnoPlast managed to find a raw material that meets all the parameters for the new product.
