The Research and Production Enterprise "Electronic Special Process Equipment" (ESPO JSC) will take part in the 18th International Exhibition of Technologies, Equipment and Materials for the Electronic and Electrical Engineering Industry (ElectronTechExpo) which will take place August 13-15, 2021 in the Moscow IEC Crocus Expo.

Participants of the ElectronTechExpo are leading Russian and foreign manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and materials for the production of semiconductors, electronic components, printed circuit boards and chips, equipment and materials for soldering, assembly and other technological equipment.

Among the visitors of the exhibition are managers and specialists of electronic and microelectronic production, as well as representatives of suppliers of technological equipment and materials.

ElectronTechExpo-2021 will be held simultaneously and on the same platform with the international exhibition of electronic components, modules and accessories ExpoElectronica. The joint holding of the exhibitions creates a unique platform for interaction of professionals and contributes to development of the electronics and electrical engineering industry in Russia.

About Company

The Scientific and Production Enterprise "Electronic Special Technological Equipment" (JSC SPE "ESTO") was established in 2002 by its longtime partners - SPC "Lasers and apparatus TM", LLC "Electroservice".

Today the equipment of SPE "ESTO" is successfully applied in various industrially advanced regions of Russia at the enterprises of nuclear, space, electronic and instrument-making industries, and also at the small and average business enterprises, which work in the field of high technologies.

SPE ESTO is located in Moscow in Zelenograd, which is the center of the Russian electronics industry. The company has its own engineering-and-production complex with the area of 4 thousand square meters.

Research and production centers

Currently, the company structure includes three research and production centers for the following areas: development and production of laser, vacuum and assembly equipment. There are also general departments of the company: complex technological center, financial and economic department, marketing department, service center and a number of general production areas of technological equipment plant.

The company's centers, which perform work in the line of business, include:

• design bureaus;
• research laboratories;
• units for design, assembling and commissioning of control units and power supply units;
• workshops for assembling, commissioning, start-up and testing of process equipment at enterprises;
• units for development of special software for technological equipment of the enterprises;
• production areas for the performance of assembly work of optical, vacuum systems, cooling systems and precision mechanics.

The research and production centers, preserving thematic, production and economic independence of the basic companies-founders, provide high mobility, efficiency and innovative receptivity of small firms. At the same time, transfer of some functions to common structures and creation of common financial fund of development provides complete cycle of creation and modernization of technological equipment - from research, experimentation and design to serial production and equipment delivery to the enterprises of customers. The similar form of organization enabled the company to start serial production of the new generation of high-quality technological equipment and to take a leading position in the country on development, production and implementation of vacuum and laser technological systems and assembly equipment.

Position in the Russian market

ESTO is considered to be the leader in the industry - the company produces as many laser technological systems as all other Russian competitors put together.

In vacuum-plasma processing the company produces as much equipment as NIITM, but the enterprises operate in different niches. All other Russian producers together produce as much vacuum equipment as NIITM.

Therefore, the enterprise can be rightfully considered the Russian leader in the field of vacuum and laser technological equipment production.
