Domestic grocery discounter chain "Svetofor" has launched its first stores in the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Industry and Trade said.
It is specified that the company has entered the market of this country under the Mere brand. The first stores opened in the cities of Most and Příbram.
"Additionally, there are plans to open 50 more outlets in the country. The company's main objective is to offer a quality branded range comparable to what is sold in large discount chains, but at lower prices," it said in a statement.
