The Stroitekhnika plant is a participant of the national project "Labor Productivity". It produces metal structures of wide application: consumer goods, lighting poles, construction equipment, spare parts and much more.

"FCC provides targeted support to 38 manufacturers of construction metal structures. By the end of 2021, the total revenue of these enterprises amounted to 95.4 billion rubles. Pilot projects have now been implemented at 27 enterprises. The state's investments amounted to 175 million rubles. And the increase in value added at these enterprises is 6.3 billion rubles. This is not due to an increase in prices, but due to a reduction in production costs. On average, labor productivity is growing by 60%," Maxim Reshetnikov said. "Today, 14 Karelian enterprises are participating in the national project "Labor Productivity".

Our main focus was on large-scale manufacturing industries in the field of timber processing, metalwork manufacturing and foundry production. State support helps not only to eliminate "losses" in production, but also to find reserves for improving economic indicators. In the following years, the number of enterprises that will join the national project will be increased – in 2023 by five more enterprises, in 2024 – an additional 9 participants," said Artur Parfenchikov, Head of the Republic of Karelia.Experts from the Federal Competence Center helped to improve the flow of manufacturing metal structures of overpasses for pipelines.

The key decision was to change the method of shot blasting to remove metal oxide before painting. If previously the finished metal structure was cleaned, now the raw materials from which it is collected. This makes it possible to significantly reduce the complexity of the process while increasing the efficiency of equipment operation.

"The company always has a large number of orders in operation and demand is growing. This leads to the accumulation of semi-finished products in the workshops and finished products in the shipping area. Experts of the national project helped to move from pushing production to pulling. Previously, we put the entire order into production, in large batches and sent products only after the accumulation of products. Now the products are prepared taking into account the sequence of installation. The customer can start construction work earlier, without waiting for the last batch of products. This approach made it possible to halve the volume of unfinished products and speed up the installation of metal structures," said Alexander Fedorets, Commercial Director of Stroitekhnika.Read more interesting news in our Telegram channel
