The Eastern Economic Forum started on Monday, September 5, in Vladivostok. It is being held for the seventh time, and gathers experts in a variety of directions. This year, representatives of six dozen countries, including India, China, South Korea, and Japan, are taking part in the forum. All of them will be looking for ways to a multipolar world — this is the topic declared as the main one. "The prospects for the development of Russia in general and the Far East in particular, the expansion of cooperation with other states, ambitious joint projects, a number of major contracts will be signed at the forum sites," the TV channel said in a statement.

The Forum will be held from 5 to 7 September, and the culmination will be the last day when the plenary session with the participation of Vladimir Putin will take place.

On Russian Island, where the WEF-2022 is taking place, participants evaluate the exhibition of achievements of the regions of the Far East, among which are breakthrough technological solutions, urban planning and the development of the space industry, as well as topics of tourism and culture.
