Russian companies are increasingly involved in combating the consequences and preventing COVID-19. As a resident of the Dubna SEZ, VestMedGroup has increased its production of CADUCEUS medical gas connectors of DIN 13260-2 standard, used in complex medical gas supply systems.

The use of components manufactured by VestMedGroup ensures reliable supply of gas mixtures to the workstations of hospital staff and patient rooms, facilitating the work of doctors and life support of patients. In the last 30 days alone, the company has installed more than 50,000 connectors, and has expressed the desire to invest more than 100 million rubles to launch its own production of innovative medical equipment.

Alexander Shondin, General Director of VestMedGroup, spoke about the features of the design of the basic gas connectors blocks, which ensure the tightness of the entire system, as well as the simplicity and speed of their installation. For some cases, the company's specialists have developed mini-couplings that allow installation in non-standard technical conditions and provide a reliable mechanism of fastening. Such connectors are used with CADUCEUS SU control and shut-off devices for medical gases supply.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow region Vadim Khromov noted that the delivery of components of VestMedGroup is carried out within the framework of a large-scale program of import substitution and development of competitive industries capable of meeting domestic demand in Russia.
