One of the largest domestic producers "Zainskiy sugar" intends to process over 1.1 million tons of sugar beet in 2020-2021.

In that time it plans to produce almost 170,000 tonnes of sugar, 45,000 tonnes of molasses and over 50,000 tonnes of granulated pulp.

As Deputy General Director of "Agrosila" for "Zainsky sugar", Anton Troshin, told, the future revenue for the stated season is expected to be about 5 billion rubles.

He said that now the enterprise has invested about 100 million rubles into reconstruction of drying section. This measure, together with others, will minimize production losses, including reduction of spending on energy resources.

Also, after reducing the duration and frequency of equipment damage during processing, the overall productivity of the sugar plant will increase.

It is noted that the mill will further use a radial sedimentation tank, which purifies water intended for sugar beet transportation, and a cooling pond for 15 thousand cubic meters of water. The water used by the factory is circulated in a closed circuit, cooled and then returned to production. In this way, not even minimal emissions into the environment are possible.
