Nizhny Novgorod-based enterprise Krasnoye Sormovo has completed construction of a series of eleven dry-cargo vessels for the State Transport Leasing Company (STLC).

On the eve of signing the act of acceptance the dry-cargo carrier "Pola Miropia" passed mooring and sea trials on the Volga.

As Mikhail Pershin, General Director of the Plant, informed, Sormovo vessels of this type are frequently used by Russian shipping companies both in Russia and at international waterways. He added that there are 20 such vessels on the account of the plant. In the future the same number of such models is to be built.
