President of Yakutia Aysen Nikolayev ordered to create a system based on artificial intelligence, the Digital Assistant to the Head of the Sakha Republic, which will contribute to building effective feedback from the population.

The Digital Assistant will start working in December.

The system will deal with appeals from users, which they send via official accounts of the Head of the Republic on social networks and other communication channels on the Internet.

On his Instagram page, Nikolaev reminded his followers that he has been communicating directly with the population through social networks for 10 years.

"We meet during live broadcasts, we exchange news, and the most important thing is that there is feedback and I get a picture from the field. An AI-powered assistant will be responsible for the feedback, for the timeliness, completeness and reliability of responses to your appeals. What do I expect from a digital assistant? I expect 24 hours of communication with people, I expect a real, not distorted picture of the republic, an impartial assessment of the situation and conclusions, "- wrote the head of the region.

He also asked his subscribers to name the new "assistant".
