Russia's leading business tourism company MICEVERSA signed an agreement with the European Tourist Association (ETOA) in 2019, becoming one of the first Russian travel companies to join the organization.

ETOA is an association of representatives of the tourism industry, established 30 years ago to solve problems and promote development of tourism in Europe. The association includes: tour operators, online operators, agents and wholesale travel agencies, European tourism departments, hotels, sightseeing, IT companies and other tourism service providers, starting from world brands and ending with local independent companies. ETOA members include major global companies and associations from UNWTO to the Asia Pacific Travel Association PATA.
