Galich Truck Crane Plant presented the crane-manipulator unit KMU-150, which was equipped with a skidder tractor. This unit is suitable for use in off-road conditions, where even wheeled all-terrain vehicles are powerless.

Specialized machinery on crawler chassis is designed primarily for oil and gas companies, mining and power supply companies, and exploration.

To increase the cross-country ability in swampy terrain and deep snow, the chassis will be added with 800 mm track extenders and a dozer blade to clear the way and working areas. The crane-manipulator installation is also equipped with front pivoting supports, which can go up by 180 degrees when driving and descend when extending the support contour.

Depending on what functions the crane manipulator is required for certain jobs, it can be equipped with a hydraulic hoist package. Such equipment consists of a certified working platform and remote control for lifting people to a height of 24 meters as well as a set of drilling equipment with a drilling depth of up to eight meters and a diameter of 450 mm.

Besides, an onboard platform is installed on the chassis for the transportation of cargo and equipment. The equipment operator is protected from wind, rain, snow and sun by a waterproof awning which folds up when operating.
