Cyprus will open its borders to Russian citizens from March 1, 2021.

In addition to the Russian Federation, the red list for coronavirus also includes Israel, Ukraine, Belarus, Egypt, Lebanon and a number of other countries. This means that to visit Cyprus, residents of these countries need to take two PCR tests. One of them is taken 72 hours before arrival, and the second one is taken at the airport of arrival - Larnaca or Paphos. The price for the test in Cyprus will be about 30-40 Euro.

Russia halted scheduled and charter flights out of the country on March 27 because of the coronavirus pandemic. Excluded were outbound flights, as well as cargo, postal, sanitary and humanitarian flights.
