Russian agrarians have received 22.6 billion rubles in loans for seasonal field work, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture said.

"As of January 26, 2021, the total amount of credit funds granted by key banks for seasonal field work amounted to 22.6 billion rubles," the report said.

It is noted that this is almost 11% more than last year's figures for the same period.

For example, Rosselkhozbank issued 7.6% more credits (by 17 billion rubles) than at the same time in 2020. The volume of loans issued by Sberbank also increased - 5.5 billion rubles (an increase of about 21%).
