The list of targeted uses of soft loans was expanded in 2021. It can now be spent on the introduction of digital technologies and automation of agricultural enterprises.

For example, if the loan is granted for up to one year, it can be used for informatization and digitalization of agricultural production and processing of their own products. These funds can also be used to maintain machinery and equipment.

Through this measure, the producers of dairy products now have the opportunity to buy and apply the labeling, to support and provide technical support for hardware and software labeling by means of identification of certain types of dairy products.

In addition, the list of areas for the targeted use of concessional investment loans has been expanded. Thus, the money granted for 2-5 years can be used for purchase and retrofitting of the fleet of agricultural equipment with systems of automatic driving, yield mapping, spot application of materials, precision farming or equipment for data collection and transmission.

The loan can also be used for precision farming or for purchasing of equipment for application and reading of identification means, introduction of hardware and software products for marking of dairy products.
