The Volgograd branch of the Export Support Center organized a business mission for 11 local companies.

During the event, the enterprises presented their own products and services to buyers and partners from Belarus.

The companies work in the chemical industry, produce machinery and equipment, packaging materials, confectionery products and dried milk. Volgograd businessmen held negotiations in Minsk, Mogilev and Gomel over two days.

Currently, Belarus is among the top ten foreign economic partners of the region. For example, last year its share in the total volume of the region's foreign trade was 5.4%, while the volume of exports of local goods exceeded 76 million dollars.

In 2020, the Volgograd region increased its foreign supplies by 20% to almost $1.9 billion compared to $1.6 billion a year earlier.
