Trotsenko announced a $100 million deal with billionaire Bosov's heirs

AEON Corporation owner Roman Trotsenko has assessed a deal with the heirs of businessman Dmitry Bosov to acquire 50% of Arctic Mining Company (AGK), which has licenses for the development of coal deposits in Taimyr. Thus, the amount of the deal, according to him, is 100 million dollars.

Trotsenko told RBC that the deal was done on terms that were discussed with Bosov himself. All the parties have fulfilled their obligations, he added.

A representative of Alltech, through which Bosov, according to media reports, owned the main assets, would not comment on the information, RBC wrote.

Negotiations began back in February 2020, but Bosov died in early May last year.

However, he confirmed that the deal was closed on previously agreed terms. The contract, he said, was non-monetary and consisted of an exchange of assets.

It was earlier reported that Trotsenko would swap his share in Pechora LNG, which implied construction of an LNG plant on the basis of gas fields in the Nenets Autonomous District, for 50%. The entrepreneur now owns 100% of the project in Taimyr, according to SPARK data, as he bought another 50% from Bosov's former partner Alexander Isayev.
