Four new greenhouse complexes covering 100 hectares will be built in the Stavropol Territory by the end of the year. According to the regional Ministry of Agriculture, 20 billion rubles will be spent on the construction.

For example, a complex of greenhouses is being built in the Izobilnensky district, at a cost of 13 billion rubles. It will be 37.8 hectares in size and will produce up to 24 thousand tons of vegetables a year.

In the Kirovsky district there are greenhouses being built on 3.26 hectares with the capacity of 2 thousand tons.

Also the second phase of construction of the berry cluster in the Predgorny District is now underway. This will give an additional 700 tons of berries per year to the enterprise.

In Sovetsky District a project for 6.7 billion rubles is being implemented, and here it is planned to produce about 14 thousand tons of products a year.

Altogether, these four complexes will create 140 jobs.
