The Russian Export Center (REC) will cooperate with Amazon marketplace in Germany, said Veronika Nikishina, CEO of REC at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

"In the very near future we will open a national store on German Amazon, Russian Post will be our operator, and given the warehouse in Germany will provide fast delivery," she said.

To date, the center has received 30 applications from exporters to place goods on the new site for Russian products. The number of suppliers, she said, will depend on capacity and market demand.

"Now we see the prospect of sales in the European market in kraft, which sells well, toys, goods for the garden and vegetable garden, cosmetics and household chemicals. In principle, we will place everything as long as there is demand," she concluded.
