The Japanese Center in St. Petersburg will hold a webinar for entrepreneurs on the topic of project management. The event will be held free of charge on June 16 at 09.30 Moscow time.

During the lecture the participants will learn about the management process of potential project development, planning and implementation. All information will be supported by successful examples.

The webinar will also discuss the current social and economic environment and the identification of potential opportunities for small and medium businesses, creation of a project, and defining its scope and boundaries.
