A multi-sectoral international exhibition will be held in Africa in online format from August 1 to 31 this year, Nizhny Novgorod entrepreneurs will be able to take part in it free of charge, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade (Minpromorg) said.

"From August 1 to 31, 2021, a multisectoral international exhibition will be held in Africa in the online format, in which Nizhny Novgorod enterprises will be able to participate. The organizer of the exhibition - Russian Export Center (REC) - will compensate part of the costs under the federal project "System measures of development of international cooperation and export" of the national project "International cooperation and export", - is said in the report.

According to Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurship of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Maksim Cherkasov (the words are given in the report), Russian companies that are actively developing export channels or are planning to start export activities are invited to participate in the event. Meetings with more than 100 buyers and distributors will be organized for them.

"Business meetings with potential consumers will take place on a special web platform using a regular Internet connection and a browser without installing any additional software. During the conversation, the parties will be able to exchange files and messages, make presentations, audio and video recordings. If necessary, the exporter will be provided with translation support. Enterprises will be selected on a competitive basis. The main conditions for participation include registration of the company on the territory of the Russian Federation, electronic signature, absence of tax arrears," - clarified the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Entrepreneurs have until July 2, 2021 to apply for participation in the exhibition at myexport.exportcenter.ru.
