Four new residents will appear in the special economic zone (SEZ) "Kulibin" in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This decision was made by the SEZ expert council, TASS writes.

The company in question is Russilika which produces micronized silica gel and stable silicasols. There will be 5 billion rubles involved in its creation. The company is tentatively scheduled to be launched in 2023-2024. This will make it possible to create 100 jobs.

The company "SaveTul" will also appear in the OZE. It will produce pyrotechnic scissors. The volume of investments in the project will amount to 132.5 million rubles, and the estimated date of production start-up is 2022. The enterprise will create 12 jobs.

It is also known that a new "Research Center" will start operating on the territory of "Kulibin". They are expected to invest 125 million rubles. After it is launched in 2022, it will deal with low- and medium-tonnage chemistry technologies and will create 15 jobs in the region.

The fourth company is the laboratory technopark "Technopark H2O".

"Kulibin" was established in May 2020 on the territory of Dzerzhinsk. Its area is 72.3 hectares. Its residents are subject to income tax rates from 20% to 2% in the first five years, to 5% in the next five years, and to 14.5% thereafter, as well as zero tax rates for property, land, and transportation taxes.
