More than 70% of Russian entrepreneurs reported a drop in revenues

About 70% of Russian entrepreneurs have experienced a reduction in revenue. This data was published in a joint study of the cloud-based trade management service MoiSklad and the fiscal data operator OFD.ru.

According to the survey, 28.6% of entrepreneurs reported a decrease in revenues over the past six months by 20-50%. One in five reported a decrease of more than half. About 16% of them reported the decrease by more than 75% and every tenth entrepreneur (11%) - by less than 20%, TASS reports.

At the same time, according to the study, in 12% of the companies income has not changed, and 3.4% were forced to close the business.

At the same time 6% of the companies for the last six months were able to increase revenue by 25%, about two percent of the enterprises increased revenue by more than 50%, less than one percent - by 75% and more.

Also according to sociologists, 56.4% of entrepreneurs reported a decline in demand for products and services in the first half of this year, 39% pointed to inflation, 38.1% cited weak support for entrepreneurs by the state and a third (31.6%) complained about the lack of money to pay property tax and rent. One in four said that there are not enough funds to pay salaries.
