Acceptance of applications from companies for the SaaS Factory technology competition has started in Moscow

Moscow innovation cluster announced the start of accepting applications from Moscow companies for a technology competition SaaS Factory, reports mos.ru.

The contest is conducted in several directions, but each of them is associated with SaaS technology (cloud solution for using programs without installing on the computer).

Applications will be accepted until September 24 inclusive. The best works will get financing from the partners of the contest.

"For entrepreneurs, the participation in the contest is an opportunity to attract attention of big market players, get investments, launch a pilot testing and subsequently scale their project. And partner corporations can find innovative developments suitable for their tasks," said Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of Moscow.

One of the competition directions is named Automation, the developers of the systems for business processes and electronic document management can apply here.

Separate tracks are provided for those who are engaged in data visualization, chat-bots and voice assistants, or are developing virtual prototypes and configurators.

EDTech nomination is intended for educational projects and e-courses, while cyber-security direction is for companies responsible for IT-infrastructure protection, digital security, processing and storage of personal data.

The competition will also select companies in the areas of IoT, Community services and HRTech.

Applicants must present an off-the-shelf or minimally viable product (MVP). In addition they must have competencies in creating technologies and business management.
