Aviagen Turkeys Rus (owned by international company Aviagen Turkeys) will build a feed mill in Penza Region with an investment of 1.5bn rubles. Earlier, the company launched Russia's first turkey hatching egg production project in the region, TASS reported.

"We are ready for an investment project to build a feed mill with an investment of 1.5 billion rubles. We have already selected options for the location of production in the Nikolsky district, there is an understanding of the land plot", - said the governor of the region Oleg Melnichenko.

The Press Service of the Regional Government specified that the construction of the plant will be completed in 2022-2023. The plant will create 60 new jobs.
