An online business mission has been organized for the Sverdlovsk enterprises working in the food industry and willing to start exporting to Vietnam, according to the website of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.

According to Vyacheslav Harinov, Russian trade representative to Vietnam, dairy products, fish and seafood, confectionery and flour products are among promising export goods in Vietnam.

"On the margins of the mission, vegetable oil, spices, low-alcohol beverages and champagne, tea from Russia were in the zone of special attention. <...> The parties managed not only to receive contact information but also to discuss thoroughly the principle conditions of deals and outline steps for further cooperation," - follows from the message.

The online meeting was attended by more than 50 specialized enterprises and associations from Russia and Vietnam.
