Russian full-length action film "Hardcore" with the participation of Hollywood star Charlto Copley goes into Russian hire April 7, 2016. The picture comes out at home a day earlier than in the U.S., according to the creators of the film.

Producers, including director Timur Bekmambetov, as well as director and screenwriter Ilya Neyshuller count on the international perspective of the film, which supports the revolutionary format and participation in the project Hollywood star. It is expected that the picture will be seen by viewers in the U.S., Europe and Asia, said the film company Bazelevs, which carried out shooting with the company Robusto.

"Hardcore" is interesting because it is the first ever full-length action movie, shot entirely in first person.

In a bold film experiment involved such Russian stars as Danila Kozlovsky, who first played a real villain and Sergei Shnurov, who joined the team on the last day of shooting and played one of the 350 enemies of the main character, each of which he kills in a special way. Shnurov's character, who led a squad of aggressively minded guards, got a particularly sophisticated torture - pliers.

The stylistic basis and starting point for "Hardcore" was the musical video "Bad Motherfucker", which was filmed by the leader of indie rock band Biting Elbows Ilya Neyshuller. In 2015, the video became an absolute hit of Youtube and Vimeo, having collected more than 23 million views in the first month. The video was talked about in news programs of federal Russian TV channels, it was noted by major foreign directors, actors and musicians: Robert Rodriguez, Darren Aronofsky, Samuel L. Jackson, Sylvester Stallone, Sasha Baron Cohen, Tim Roth, Park Chang-wook, Jared Leto, Placebo and others.

Timur Bekmambetov was one of the first to appreciate the video, saying: "I was impressed by the freshness of the idea and the manner of shooting. I found Ilya's contacts and called him the same day. As a viewer, I wanted to see a full-length film shot in the same manner, and offered Ilya to work on it. He was wary of the idea, because no one had done anything like that before, but after a while Ilya still took up this experiment.

The film was shot entirely on GoPro portable camera, which is popular among extreme athletes. It was attached to the operator's head. Thus, the film will see the audience, who can feel in place of the hero of the action movie and face the enemies in the literal sense.

Danila Kozlovsky for the sake of filming in "Hardcore" not just went to replace the usual role and played the villain - he radically changed his appearance. In the action movie Kozlovsky will be a long-haired blond, with white eyebrows.

High-quality and clear image, which meets the requirements of the big screen, the creators of "Hardcore" were able to get thanks to the developed unique camera stabilization system - Adventure Mask. Smooth movement of GoPro was obtained with the help of magnetic stabilization and a frame made of particularly durable material, which allowed the cameras to survive fights, pyrotechnic explosions, shooting, falls and other extreme situations. During the shooting of such episodes, in particular, the camera was fixed on the head of one of the stuntmen, among them - parkour boy Sergey Valyayev. In one of the scenes, he had to climb the walls of a high-rise on Kotelnicheskaya embankment to jump from a height of over 80 meters.
