The Puchezh cheese factory in Ivanovo Region has installed a new Italian Mozzarella cheese line, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture said.

Now the assortment of the enterprise consists of 50 items, said Nikolay Kulikov, the plant's director. After the launch of the new line, this figure will increase up to 70. The factory intends to turn out, including two unique cheeses of its own development "Russky" and "Premium". It is entirely our development," he said.

The cheeses from here are sold not only in the Ivanovo region, they can also be found in Nizhny Novgorod, Kostroma, Yaroslavl and Moscow region stores. Moreover, the company is preparing to supply to Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan and negotiating with Egypt and the UAE.
