An agreement on strategic cooperation was signed between the Russian media group ADV and Chinese communications holding Hylink, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development reports.

This is the first agreement on partnership between leading players in the field of advertising services of Russia and China. It is expected that the agreement will facilitate the exchange of information about the state of the media markets, ensure mutual expansion of ADV and Hylink client bases, as well as contribute to improving the image and expanding the influence of companies.

The participants expressed confidence that strengthening cooperation in advertising is a timely step, especially at the stage of decreasing business activity of the Russian-Chinese trade and economic cooperation.

"In today's world it is not enough to produce quality goods and have modern technologies to succeed in business; it is equally important to correctly position a company in the market and bring information about products and services to the end consumer" - stated Alexei Gruzdev, the Russian Trade Representative in China who was present at the signing ceremony. He expressed hope that cooperation between ADV and Hylink will contribute to the development of the Chinese market by Russian companies.
